Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all purchases made in the LALA SPARK store.

2. Contract Formation

A contract forms when you receive order confirmation.

3. Product Information

All products are handmade.
Some items are custom or made-to-order.

4. Prices

Prices in EUR.
No VAT charged under Austrian small business regulation.

5. Payment

• Stripe
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Credit card

6. Shipping

Orders ship via Austrian Post with tracking.
Regions: EU and UK.

Processing time:
All items ship within 2–4 business days after the order is received.
Presale items ship on the exact date specified on the product page.

Delivery times:
EU: 3–7 business days
UK: 5–10 business days

7. Withdrawal (EU 14 Days)

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days.
Exceptions:
• Personalized items
• Custom-made items
• Worn or damaged items

8. Returns

Return shipping at customer’s cost.
Item must be unworn and in original packaging.

Refunds within 14 days after receipt.

9. Faulty Items

Handled according to Austrian consumer law.

10. Retention of Title

Goods remain LALA SPARK property until paid.

11. Governing Law

Austrian law applies.
Jurisdiction: Innsbruck (unless overridden by consumer protection).
